Maximum flexibility: The serially produced stainless steel suspension gear of the DX 1000 and the optionally available half & normal shelves make it possible to age up to 100 kg of meat simultaneously. A win-win situation: in the retail industry, when loaded to its maximum capacity, after using the device just twic, the fridge is payed.
