Failing to adhere to Food Safety standards is expected to be the reason seven of the touring New Zealand International Cricket Team contracted a stomach bug in the last day of their five-day series, as per the BBC. Doubts have been raised that the food provided to the touring cricket team was not stored within the critical temperature limits that guarantee HACCP food safety standards.
