The Dubai Mall is the world’s largest shopping mall, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Part of the Burj Khalifa complex, the 20-billion-dollar project is the medium in total area with 1,200 shops. Access to the mall is provided via Doha Street, rebuilt as a double-decker road in April 2009.

The TempTrak Wireless HACCP Monitoring System is currently installed to monitor the Dubai Mall Hotel and entire refrigerating and dish-washing equipment, according to Dubai Municipality legislation 2006 enforcing the Health and Safety standards for food handling, storage and transportation.
